Really all we did was go for the views today. I started with viewing my ricotta pancakes with fresh bananas and lilikoi syrup.
We hit the road, with the first stop being at Waimea Canyon Overlook.
From there we went all the way to the end of the road to the Puu O Kila Lookout.
On the way down we tried for photos of Niihau.
Afterwards we stopped at Ishihara Market for poke to enjoy at Salt Pond Beach Park.
On our way home we stopped for eggs on the side of the road. YES, they were sold out this morning, but the hens must have been happy and laid a few more, so we could get our egg fix in.
Our final stop was SushiGirl Kauai to pick up dinner. I had the “I Feel Healthy AF” dish and Mike had the Sushi Beach Maki Roll.
After dinner we made the routine journey to Tunnels Beach to view the sunset.
Today we just enjoyed all the views around us.
