We had a heron watch us during our workout today.
During breakfast rainbows entertained us.
Then regular life stuff had to be performed, grocery shopping and laundry. After that we headed to Alligator Bay for a mid morning expedition.
We returned to the apartment for lunch and we made banana oatmeal cookies for desserts.
It was a slow day, much needed. Again tonight it was another great sunset that included a green flash.
