Ahhh Sunday morning. Joining us for breakfast this morning was a lovely double rainbow.
After we slathered on the sunscreen and hit the beach for a few hours. We read, relaxed, shelled and swam. Finally some decent shelling at Tunnels.
After our beach time, we returned the to shack and lunched. Then we decided to hit Kilauea and Hanalei for some shopping. Also stopped in to new place for a sour sop fruit freeze. It was great and much better than a shave ice.
It was late afternoon, we grilled up some chicken and tossed it with some farmer market vegetables. Dessert was yellow dragonfruit we picked up yesterday.
As usual we hit Tunnels Beach for sunset.
It felt great to slow things down today. Tomorrow we are off to hike, a good 8 miles in store for us. Hopefully the rain clouds will stay away overnight.
