Our first stop of the day was Long Point Lighthouse in Twillingate. As we entered the town, Mike spied an iceberg, so off we went to find a viewing spot. We found a decent spot to snap some pictures.

We then continued on to our intended destination, the Lighthouse. Mike keeps calling it the strawberry milk jug lighthouse.

We hiked 1.5 miles on the trails around the lighthouse. The hike allowed us to see another view of the iceberg.

Our next stop was to pick up lunch at the Crow’s Nest Cafe and eat on a beach.
We had one final stop before we had our beach lunch. We went to Scot’s Pencil Art Studio. We saw his prints before we began this trip and knew we had to have one of his pieces (not an original, he did sign what we purchased). We loved chatting with him.
Our last stop was to French Beach to eat our sandwiches and strawberries. It was a lovely setting.

Tomorrow we move again. We are camping in Gros Morne National Park for six days at two different campsites. I will not have a connection to wifi at the sites and I probably won’t go to the wifi hot spot at the campgrounds. I will write the blog when I can.
See ya later…
