Day 12 – So Many Stairs

It was a three hike day.

Our first and longest hike of the day was the Alexander Murray Trail. It had 2200 stairs. Mike did an extra 400 to view a waterfall, I opted to skip it (which Mike said was a smart choice for me). The trail was 5.3 miles and took us about 4 hours, including lunch at the top. The weather was top notch.

Our second hike was to Rattling Brook Falls, an 800 ft waterfall. It was short hike but it had more steps.

We then went across the street to a little park.

The last hike of the day was Patrick’s Point Trail. 1.7 miles out and back. Yes it had more stairs.

Many miles and way more stairs than miles put in today. Tomorrow I am boycotting any hikes that have stairs.
