While sipping morning coffee, Mike’s bird friend stopped in for a bite to eat.

After going for a short and close by grocery shopping trip, we decided to hike a small portion of the Wai’tukubuli National Trail segment 13. We actually started at the end of the segment and went towards the middle. We did a mile in and a mile out in a coastal forest. When we had brief openings out to the ocean, Guadalupe was seen.

While on the trail we made some goat friends and some reptiles.

The trail covered me in sticky grass seeds. I felt like a human sticker chart.

We ate lunch, picked them off and enjoyed a view or two before we left. On our way back to the cottage we had the perfect view of Guadalupe.

Sunday had some quiet time, a hike and friends Mother Nature put in our path.
