It wasn’t pancake Sunday because we didn’t have ricotta cheese. The local stores don’t carry it. So we had eggs with the left over veggies from last night’s pizza toppings. I’ll add the pizza pictures from last night. The pizzas were amazing topped with local vegetables.
We went grocery shopping Roseau because that is the only time we can find a parking space.
It was about a three hour trip, an hour both ways and time going into the two stores.
Once back to the cottage we went for a snorkel. I didn’t snorkel long, got out, found a nice rock and read on my kindle. Mike went exploring and in his way in swam over a stonefish. This is the most venomous fish known to man. Can you spot the fish?
We walked back up the hill and read for the afternoon.
Dinner was tuna steak and papaya avocado salad with a lime dressing.
So the only adventure today was Mike seeing a stonefish. That is the kind of adventure we could do without. It’s okay to have down days on vacation.
